Bill McDonald Properties

Bill is a trusted and familiar face to many of us, but now brings a fresh approach to real estate, after more than three decades as a prime time News/Sports anchor and commentator on the Seven and Ten television networks.
Running parallel to that long media career has been a very successful hands on involvement in real estate. Bill and his wife Juls having bought, sold and renovated 5 times around inner Brisbane, while raising a family of four boys.
Bill understands that like delivering the news into people’s lounge rooms, trust, honesty and a good relationship is a must when it comes to the important decisions involving buying and selling your most prized possession.
Selling can be an emotional and stressful time, so it’s important to have someone working hard and in your corner to achieve the best outcome and provide premium service and advice. But it’s not just about being a trusted advisor, Bill is all about relationships and forging long lasting friendships.
A firm believer in the old adage ‘treat people as you would like to be treated’, Bill is dedicated to serving and putting other people first in all aspects of life, whether a client or charity partner, it’s about giving back.
You will get hard work and dedication from Bill and having grown up and still living in Windsor for more than 50 years, deep understanding and knowledge about the inner north property market. His mother still lives in the Windsor house he grew up in!
He is genuinely interested in property and the central role in plays in people’s lives and everyday conversations, raising families and creating memories. It’s become a passion and now a career.
For the past two years Bill has complemented his personal experience and knowledge by gaining his real estate and property auctioneer licenses. He’s been training alongside leading industry sales professionals, including Harcourts Qld’s No 1 agent, Carmen Briggs, and under the watchful eye of 3-times Australasian Auctioneering Champion, Justin Nickerson.
